These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 499beat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the 499beat website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible at 499beat.net.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using any part of the 499beat platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions applicable to individual products on the platform — including but not limited to the Sportsbook Rules, Casino Game Rules, Bonus Terms, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules will take precedence in respect of that product only.

499beat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or on-site notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to 499beat is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party.

• You have not previously had an account on 499beat that was closed for a breach of these Terms.
• Participation in online betting or casino games is not prohibited under any applicable law or regulation that applies to you personally based on your location or circumstances.

499beat employs robust age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to provide valid identity documentation — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before their first withdrawal is processed. Where there is any reasonable doubt as to a player's age, 499beat reserves the right to suspend the account and request additional documentation prior to permitting further activity.

If it is determined at any point that a player has provided false information about their age or identity, 499beat will close the account immediately, void any outstanding wagers, and return deposited funds less any amounts withdrawn prior to the discovery of the breach, subject to applicable legal requirements.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 499beat at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 499beat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending wagers, and withhold balances pending investigation. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account under any identity.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 499beat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. KYC Verification Requirements

499beat may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on 499beat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers to accounts held with City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Visa and Mastercard may also be supported subject to availability.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳5,000.
• Deposits are credited to your 499beat wallet within seconds for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours to reflect.
• 499beat does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fees — please check with your provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in a refund and potential account suspension.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal is ৳500,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to your registered bKash or Nagad wallet in under 5 minutes on average, subject to KYC completion.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) working hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• 499beat does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are processed in the full amount requested, subject to limits.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending completion of KYC verification or compliance review. 499beat will notify you of any hold within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the account balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any such fee is applied. The dormancy fee ceases once you log back in and resume activity.

499beat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between general bonus rules and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, each player may claim each promotion only once. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared devices will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100% unless stated otherwise. • Maximum Bet While Wagering: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum bet per round or per market is ৳2,000 unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Bets above this limit placed during active wagering may result in the bonus being voided.

Bonus Abuse

499beat actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, using bonuses across duplicate accounts, placing offsetting bets on the same market to guarantee a risk-free outcome ("arbing"), and using automated software to place bets. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be restricted or closed.

499beat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice. No bonuses are offered to players who have self-excluded or who have active deposit limits that restrict their promotional eligibility.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 499beat platform. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and casino game variants are available within the relevant game or market interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sportsbook Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted subject to the rules of the relevant sport as recognised by the applicable governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket).
• In the event that a match is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled, settlement will follow the market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In most cases, bets on abandoned cricket matches will be voided and stakes returned if fewer than the minimum required overs have been completed.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 499beat reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during high-volatility moments such as wickets, boundaries, or penalties.
• Maximum payout per bet is ৳500,000. Bets accepted above this limit will be settled at the maximum payout cap.
• 499beat reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in odds has occurred (e.g., odds displayed significantly below their true market value due to a technical fault). Such voids will be communicated to affected players and stakes will be returned in full.

Casino Game Rules

• All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games — are provided by third-party game studios. Game rules are governed by the respective studio's rule sets, which are accessible within each game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the hand or spin outcome will be determined by the game server and settled accordingly. Disconnection does not void an in-progress round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.

• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit promotional offers is prohibited.
• Chargebacks & Payment Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile wallet or bank provider after depositing funds on 499beat constitutes fraud. Any player found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned and may face legal action.
• Misrepresentation of Identity: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including false date of birth, false name, or documents belonging to another person.
• Use by Prohibited Persons: Allowing a self-excluded player, a player under the age of 18, or a person in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited to use your account.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical malfunction, error in odds, or software bug to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a clear technical error will be voided.

Closure by the Player

Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure unless the wagering requirement has already been met.

Closure by 499beat

499beat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by 499beat due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be returned within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499beat's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

499beat shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether direct or indirect, and whether or not foreseeable at the time of entering into these Terms:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from third-party internet service provider outages, mobile network interruptions, or device failures.
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government-mandated platform shutdowns, or cyberattacks outside the platform's reasonable control.

499beat does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency technical interventions may temporarily affect platform availability. We aim for 99.9% uptime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits 499beat's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

499beat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they substantively affect players' rights, obligations, or the financial terms of the platform — 499beat will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via email to registered players and via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Minor amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions without substantive change, or updates to reflect changes in game provider names or payment method availability, may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event that a translated version of these Terms is made available in another language for the convenience of players, the English version shall be the definitive version and shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of them.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Responsible Gaming Policy, Privacy Policy, and any applicable product-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 499beat in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
